Horrible communication and extremely unfair cancellation and refund policy! I was going to use Something Blue Events for some rental items for a wedding. They required half the money down of the entire balance to “reserve” the items, but when the event cancelled they refused to refund any of the money. Most companies require a minimal down payment, not half the balance of the entire bill. Not to mention, the communication was extremely poor. I had to reach out several times to get a response.
