A week before my best friend’s wedding, the place I originally got my dress royally screwed it up. There was no way to fix it. I called Something Blue (I live an 1 1/2 hours away) and asked if there was anything they could do to help me. They checked their inventory and said they had some things and to come in that day. I was able to find 2 dresses that would work for a really decent price with very little alterations needed. This is a really great place to wedding dress shop. Wonderful ladies there that are very good at helping you find that perfect dress! They are so helpful and knowledgeable about the dresses and what will look good on your body type. Alterations are excellently done as well! I have shopped with two daughters and my daughter’s friend and all had a wonderful experience.
Absolutely everything about my experience with Something Blue has been nothing short of phenomenal. I ended falling in love with a jumpsuit to which the girls helped me dress it up with fun additions like a belt and cape. I also worked with the seamstress Eleanor who was extremely attentive to the alterations and very personable. I highly recommend Something Blue to anyone!!
I had a dress from Stacey’s prom and bridal that they completely ruined the back with alterations. The owner then obliterated me in her reply of my Google review. I got my dress yesterday and broke down in tears at how bad the back was messed up. It was just unwearable as it was now so unflattering and embarrassing. This was FIVE days from my wedding.
