The staff are pleasant and over worked. My books sat in Toni's office for 7 or 8 months, before I called to remind her that I left my prior bookkeeper because of them not doing the work. Blamed her staff and kept putting me off while they clearly rushed the work. No integrity or confidentiality! Gotta wonder what she says about you after hearing her bitch and give personal information about clients openly. You can tell that her clients are just dollar signs.
