First time doing a touch-less wash and I specifically went for the undercarriage wash. Weekday afternoon so I was able to drive right in. FYI, the undercarriage wash starts right away, so be sure to drive in slower to get a better clean. Rest of my wash went well. After the wash, I took a look at the car and it seems the top of the back window area was still a little dirty from suds. I'm not entirely sure how, but my vehicle got a couple of scratches on the hood and front bumper from this even though it's a no touch car wash. I think the pressure was just a bit too much. Enter at your own risk.
Positives: The facilities look fairly nice and well-kept for a DIY car wash. Negatives: There was no attendant on duty to stop people from treating the wash bay as their own vehicle spa. The bay I went to was only accepting quarters (2nd from last)- which I only learned after swiping multiple cards, multiple times, in the clearly broken card reader.
