Once again the staff were exceptional. Sat on my glasses and bent the arm of my glasses almost off. Went straight to Somerville and Merrin in a panic. They fixed my glasses within 15 minutes and then charged me nothing for their service. They just keep on getting better. 👍😊💖10/10

I became a customer after being let down terribly by a former local that is now part of a market monster and lost what they used to have, so here I now am where quality is if the highest standard, staff are amazing, and locally owned. Best decision... Support the local, not a massive conglomerate that controls multiple.
Amazing Service and Super Supportive Staff! It’s rare to find a place where the team genuinely cares about helping you choose what’s best, but this shop definitely does. We left feeling very happy and well looked after. Highly recommend!
Optometrist and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The lovely lady (Naomi) at the counter spent a long time cheerfully helping me choose my frames.
