Excellent medical centre! I have been with this practise for more years than I care to remember and have never had a bad experience from my GP, Dr Evans and any other doctor I have seen. There are clinics for various conditions where you are really looked after by the specialist nurse. A very friendly and well run establishment. My only upset has been that although I have been out of their area for the last 32 years, it is in the last fortnight that I have been asked to find another practice as I’m out of their area?! This place is a joke everything you call it's takes someone 40 minutes to answer the phone. I've even drove there from moreton while still on hold. And a receptionist was just sitting there with a red light flashing on her phone. THANKS SOMERVILLE GREAT SERVICE
Absolute joke this surgery had ultrasound scan Monday got told there and then need surgery, doctors sent request today to see doctor I phoned them 15mins after txt arrived to be told no bookable appointments until 26 March they don't care if you need urgent referral to have op there attitude is they don't care if you live or die in my honest opinion
Can’t rate Dr G Monk enough, he has a lot of time for each of his patients and he never makes you feel you’ve wasted his time. Seems to be high turnover of Admin staff and occasionally this reflects on service provided. But the best practice I’ve been with ‘ever’ and I’m almost 59y old!
