I Love and appreciate someone with experience in this field! I finally had my procedure done after some personal issues and am so very greatful and relieved it's finished! And Corinne the receptionist is top notch! So compassionate,empathetic,understanding and patient! When I call her for results which I find hard to understand she takes the time to thoroughly explain! I’ve been extremely fortunate to have Dr. Somerville deliver all three of my babies. I truly could not imagine having anyone else. Aside from being a highly skilled physician and an outstanding surgeon; his level of care is unmatched, he puts you at ease and always made me feel extremely safe and supported throughout my pregnancy and deliveries no matter the circumstance. Nanaimo is very blessed to have him.
I honestly can’t thank Dr. Sommerville more then enough for taking the best care of me and my son 11 years ago! I had placenta Pervia and Vasa Pervia. Best gynaecologist around, by far!

Doctor Somerville is the best gyno. The staff was friendly, and the doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. I felt comfortable and well-cared for during my visit. I highly recommend this gynecologist for anyone looking for a supportive and professional provider!
