World Class Instruction Great facilities and instruction! Very friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. The gym is very clean and the academy is equipped with full locker rooms and weight lifting room.
I highly recommend I just signed up a month ago and it has been an amazing experience, the instructors are really focused on teaching us the right way of Jitsu and kickboxing. I highly recommend this place.

Thank You! My boyfriend has been coming here for years and I have to take the time to thank them because my boyfriend looks amazing! He always has energy now and his attitude has gotten so positive from his experience. I might have to take some classes myself.
Bad Customer Service I first joined Paragon in the summer of 2009 in hopes of learning how to defend myself and meet some new people. In that respect, I cannot say that I was disappointed. I trained on a schedule through school and worked extra to make the huge payments ($140/month). I learned how to manage my time and work hard.
