They were great. On time, very professional, courteous, and kind. Great place and people.
I was very anxious about appointment with a new doctor, a urologist no less! The office area was quiet and calm, the registration and pre doc administration staffs efficient and kind - all made the visit tolerable and the doctor attentive, listening and discussing what steps might come next, giving me plenty of info. I would heartily recommend Dr. Leung and his staff to patients who need these services, particularly folks who are new to the specialty.
