Bought a truck from this location dealt h with Sergio,who’s a joke!!The truck had vibration issues on the highway and I reached out to Sergio and nothing was done,I only got excuses and more excuses.Extremely poor service from start to finish.Chris the so called service advisor is extremely RUDE he should not be working with customers at the counter at all..He should be fired&lets not start with the parts department absolutely disgusting,the parts manager is very miserable and clearly unhappy with his job&it defenity shows.D... read more
Victor in service was fantastic. Helped and was communicative from start to finish. Did everything to get my driver back on the road as soon as possible.
Other Hino dealers have better deal and rates than Somerville Hino. I don’t trust Somerville Hino
