Recently, I had a breakdown on my Hino delivery truck while the truck was fully loaded with product. Thanks to the quick efforts of shop foreman Vu, Senior tech Austin and victor they were able to get my truck back on the road within an hour. These gentlemen were nothing but courteous and respectful, and were able to help me out of a very bad situation. Much appreciated. Thank you very much Somerville Hino!
Bought a truck from this location dealt h with Sergio. The truck had vibration issues on the highway and I reached out to Sergio and nothing was done,I only got excuses and more excuses.Extremely poor service from start to finish.Chris the so called service advisor is extremely RUDE he should not be working with customers at the counter at all..He should be fired&lets not start with the parts department absolutely disgusting,the parts manager is very miserable and clearly unhappy with his job&it defenity shows.Do yourself a ... read more

Victor in service was fantastic. Helped and was communicative from start to finish. Did everything to get my driver back on the road as soon as possible.
Other Hino dealers have better deal and rates than Somerville Hino. I don’t trust Somerville Hino
