This is a fantastic electronics repair and computer sales store. The owner, Mario, is very kind and cares a lot about making sure each customer is getting what they need. I’ve been many times to replace phones with broken screens (too many times), and he was able to sell me an amazing M1 MacBook Pro when my 2017 MacBook finally stopped working. Fixed my liquid cooling leak disaster so professionally. Not only repaired it but upgraded my tubing for better durability. Now my temps stay frosty even during marathon sessions.
Wonderful experience here! I had to get my Lenovo Legion keyboard replaced and Mario was not only able to find the keyboard replacement and have it delivered within the week (which other places I’ve been to were unable to do), but was also able to get my laptop back to me the same day! Overall incredibly efficient and great communication throughout the entire process. Will definitely be coming back here if I have any other issues with my laptop!
I'm really impressed both by all the computers and accessories fit into this store (it's small but almost always has what I need!), and by the top-tier service. Most recently, when my laptop needed a part that would take several business days to arrive, the owner let me use one of the store Chromebooks as a loaner until the part arrived! That's the kind of service I expect from good car repair places more than computer stores. I'm very happy and will keep coming back.
