After waiting for two months, the counsellor that I had an appointment turned up 15 minutes late without apology and finished the session within 20 minutes which was supposed to be 1 hour long. Communicating through very friendly and professional receptionists with her was a pain in the neck ( Patients cannot communicate with her directly).
