My 2 year old daughter needed to see a dr on Sunday... most centres were closed. I am new to the area and contacted this centre. I was told they have a 1.45 apt and I said great as I couldn't get in anywhere else due to it being a Sunday. I was then told she can't book me as my daughter is a new patient and they don't take new patients. I asked her for an exception as my daughter needs to see a dr and I'm new to the area and she's only two. I was told it's what management wants and there's nothing we can do.
