Had an awful experience while on the phone with the receptionist. I wasn’t even able to finish what I had to say when she cut me off completely and said that there is no more place for new patients. When I had proceeded to ask if there is any other clinics around I could visit she had just hung up on me. I’m so glad I did not go to clinic.
The receptionist was really rude today 24th August and not helping at all, I just wanted to follow up regarding my appointment but instead her response was “stop calling “. You should not be there sitting if you can’t do your job to help patients.

Booked a Telehelath appointment for 11.10. I received a call around 11.19 from the reception staff saying the dr is refusing to talk to me because I am not a regular patient (mind you I have seen him in the last 12 months). I'm not sure what these clinics expect us to do? Are we meant to be causally visiting our GP's even when we are not sick, just so we don't lose our chance to see them when we are actually sick? Is this really about health care or is it $$$$
