My usual doctor is amazing, kind and caring..he's on holidays so had to book with Dr Kosala Abeysundera. Absolute worst doctor I've ever seen. Rude and arrogant, refused to get a blood test my endocrinologist told me to get. Dr Kosala said he's not my endocrinologists lackie and I should go see him to get it. I want to check that I'm in good health and being ridiculed for it. Told him his behaviour isn't acceptable and was told he's his own boss and the surgery has no power over him... Good luck finding a GP clinic with receptionists more rude than the ones who work here
I was charged an extra $60 for an ear syringe on top of the consult fee making it an expensive visit. Due to this I won't be returning to this clinic.
Unfailingly, I have experienced thorough, caring and professional attention every single time I have attended. Doctors are usually on time (not my experience every other clinic I’ve attended!) & are excellent. I can always get an appointment quickly and LOVE their extended opening hours. Very happy!
