recommend it 100%! The staff is wonderful, the professionalism is exceptional, and they are very respectful. Before you go rent anywhere else, I suggest you make visiting Teal River your top priority. If there were a rating higher than 5 stars, I wouldn't hesitate to give it. The way you are treated there alone is enough to brighten your day—rest assured, they will do everything in their power to help you.
Although I had a hard time finding the leasing office, which I had asked a resident and they directed me in the right place but other than that Shasta, Michelle & Gabby are all really sweet ladies in the office and when I say I was amazed on how they newly renovated the apartment I toured 🫶 thank you ladies again I’ll hopefully be seeing yaw soon
This place isn't the worst place you can live. Very few gun shots.
