Affordable. Parking is a huge issue, more cars than available spots. Another big issue is pet owners not pooper scooping and allowing them to be off leash. All in all, its an alright complex. Nice mix of decent, hard-working folks, families & retirees.
I will not take down my review like I was asked to before. This is just ridiculous. This has been an ongoing maintenance issue since August 1st of 2025. This is my bathroom October 15th 2025. The amount of maintenance we had in and out they still can’t fix this issue. I will not remove this review even If ends up getting fixed. If you can find a better apartment, go for it.
I had an appointment for today @1pm. I was at the apartment at 12:55 and couldn’t find the leasing office, I call these people multiple time and got no answers so I went around asking a couple of the residents. I was told that the leasing office was moved to another location that’s not close to the apartment. I called the apartments again (3 different numbers) and still got no response. It’s a good place really the office ladies are nice never give problems
The girsl in the office are great very friendly but Shasta she’s my favorite help while she can she very much understandable and that’s what I love about her ! 🖤
