They try. Sam is a very nice guy. Things never really went right with my car though. Same problem, different windows each time, we're chronic and persistent. He's such a good guy, and they put effort into it, so I went back three times for them to fix all the windows from The tint catching when it is rolled down. Absolute precision work! Sam made the whole process seamless.
Real nice place, efficient, and comfortable. Greeted upon arrival and immediately got to work. When I got quoted they said 1h15m for the whole process and that's exactly how long it took. In the waiting room there's drinks and some snacks, they take real good care of you. I got 5% all around 20% windshield and it looks great. Good pricing too.
