Update: Ultimately, came to a resolution. Considering they blocked me on Facebook initially rather than address the issue, leaving the site after breaking my fence with no note or anything, and the near year it took for them to make it right, I still wouldn't say I'd recommend. They busted a chunk out of my fence while cutting a neighbor's tree. They assured me they would fix it. It's been months and they had no intentions to fix it. They busted a chunk out of my fence while cutting a neighbor's tree. They assured me they would fix it. It's been months and they had no intentions to fix it. I had been told they ordered a replacement panel. When nothing happened after that and I checked back in they told me the panel they ordered was wrong and they had re-order...still nothing. Then down the road said they forgot, but would get it fixed...clearly never ordered everything. Considering small claims court out of principle.

Easy to work with showed up when they said they would. Was in and out within a day on big maple tree. Definitely will use again!
