Do not bring anyone you love to this facility. The care here is unacceptable from the caseworkers to the staff. This is one of the worst places you could send a family member. Patients are neglected, and families are rarely kept informed about what is happening with their loved ones. Patients’ clothes constantly go missing, and many times they are left wearing other people’s clothing because staff lose the brand-new clothes families bring them. I am pleased with Somerset. The staff was welcoming and caring upon my arrival. I felt heard and staff was very attentive towards my care. All departments were pleasant, from CNA, RNA, Therapy, Dietary and Administrative staff. They contributed to my care and made me feel comfortable during my stay. Highly recommend this facility to others in need of short-term care for their loved ones. Keep it up!
I want to start off by saying that I am very grateful for the staff at Somerset. The services provided by each department has been a smooth and an easy process. Thank you everyone for your service and patience while I recover from my hip surgery. The Staff are pleasant and respectful. Being at Somerset has changed my life! The professionalism by staff and friendliness by all. Thanks to Physical Therapy, I was unable to walk upon admission but due to Physical Therapy, as of today, I am walking without any support or assistance.
