Patients beware- The office manager Rebecca is a disrespectful nightmare to work with. My mom checked in. They took her insurance that she thought was correct, checked out without any issue. No Bill was mailed. No balance discussed for 6 weeks- She called my mom and yelled at her, as she very quickly did to me when I called to find out if there was a balance. Went in to have a mole on my face looked at to determine if it was possibly cancerous. Dr George Murakawa walked in and before even asking to lift up my shirt or take a look at my back to examine my skin he tries to pull up the back of my shirt. When it wouldn’t go up (it was a part of my pants) he kept tugging. I had to stop him and help him with my shirt.
