The team at Somerset made our move absolutely stress free and brought the best atmosphere to a stressful time, moving a full house in absolute record time. They took the time and expertise to move large heavy furniture through tricky and tight spaces. I can’t recommend Somerset Removal and Storage enough!

I can’t praise these guys enough! During a recent move they were not just removalists but problem solvers and made an extremely stressful day go smoothly. They worked very hard in challenging conditions and went out of their way to help me, including making me laugh when I would have cried. Quenton, Levi and Mooka went above and beyond and Ashley in the office was very helpful and kind. I’d definitely recommend Somerset Removals.

I recently had a dreadful experience with one of your delivery guys Mooka? I was given no notification by Harvey Norman that my delivery was on its way. I had to race home in my work hours and unpack my fridge to be told by Mooka that the fridge could not be installed as it would not fit through the slidingdoor into the kitchen He treated me poorly and his attitude towards me was appalling. He was a bully and not helpful at all. He never even measured the fridge with a tape measure just a piece of rope and said it won’t fit.... read more

We used this service to have goods delivered from Burnie to Zeehan - the girls in the office were very helpful and the guys who made our delivery were efficient, friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely use them again and recommend!
