** One Star – Warning to Everyone** Avoid this company at all costs. They install dodgy pools that are not compliant with NCC 2022. Their so‑called “French drains” don’t connect to stormwater systems and simply discharge into the ground, creating serious drainage issues. Even worse, they connect pool overflow water into stormwater instead of sewerage, which is a clear breach of proper installation standards and something council should be notified about. Highly recommend Somerset pool. They have installed for me 2 amazing pool. Notting is ever to hard and always going above and beyond to help and answer any questions I have ( trust me there were lots) The after service is great. All staff are helpful and knowledgeable from instore tocall out services. Would not go anywhere else.
Somerset Pools and Spas went above and beyond to have our pool completed before Christmas, which was hugely appreciated. After approaching over a dozen pool builders we went with Somerset pools purely due to their openness and availability as well as having the exact pool shell we wanted. The install was not easy whatsoever. Rain delays followed by storm water and sewer pipes needing to be removed as well as our retaining wall collapsing but these guys went above and beyond. The team at Somerset pools are always so helpful. Since moving into our new home and being new pool owners they have helped us every step of the way. They are knowledgable and nothing is too hard for them. I would highly recommend them if you need supplies, troubleshooting any problems or basic pool maintaince advice.
