I lived here about 12 years ago. Worst apartment building ever. Not sure if they upgraded or not it’s been a while but the walls were so thin you could hear every little peep outside. I remember one night we had to call the cops on a neighbor across from us because they were throwing a party at 2 AM blasting music and carrying on.
Good lord, please don’t move in here. Do yourself a favor, and just avoid it. Let’s look at a list of what you’ll endure if you move here. 1. Cockroaches. Everywhere. 2. Maintenance in your apartment every day for “maintenance inspection”. 3. Staff in the office won’t answer your calls, or messages. 4. The smell of weed. 5. Every appliance breaking, and never getting fixed. Just a band aid repair. 6. The dryers are so worn, they will rip your clothes. 7. Rude staff. 8. Rude neighbors. 9. The worse place ever , roaches everywhere and the office people are not helpful ,they don't care about the people complaints .Don't come here its a wast of money
I moved in 4-2014, my apt was clean but needed repairs. We were promised new cabinets within a few months of moving in we r still waiting. Our upgraded counter tops r the old counter tops sprayed with textured paint of some kind the sinks were taped off n the tape was painted over so the tape is still there. Bathtub has a crack in it. I could go on! Needless to say no matter how much I have told management about it nothing has been done BUT! be late with ur rent!
