If I could give zero stars I would. Cancelled on me suddenly the night before an appointment I made months in advance and absolutely zero efforts made to try and accommodate me for anytime that week despite my already working my own schedule around to make this appt. As someone who works in the surgical field this kind of lack of preparedness or cooperation is really disappointing.
