They pulled a bait and switch. I called even prior to getting a referral asking if Dr Hecht does the procedure my son needed. After getting the referral for that Dr taken care of I called a week later to schedule the consultation with Dr Hecht and was told next available is in 5 weeks....no problem! I would give this place zero stars if possible. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOCTOR HAS NO ACCOUNTABILITY OF HIS ACTIONS NOR HIS EMPLOYEES 1) I went in for an uncomplicated wisdom removal procedure. The lady who greeted me at the desk was extremely rude as she gave me an attitude about having my earrings in. I was never told to take them out prior to my appointment 2) While the SAME lady was trying to administer the IV to me, she failed to hit my vein. I had a really stress free experience with Dr. Hecht and the entire office staff. Dr. Hecht was very personable and patient with answering any questions and I was pleasantly surprised I didn’t experience much pain/swelling after my wisdom teeth surgery.

Excellent! My daughter healed well and was not in much pain. Dr Hecht is amazing! Coming back for my son!
