Dr. Lim is an amazing, professional, knowledgeable and intuitive ophthalmologist. She has been my eye specialist for over a decade. My eyes have never been healthier. The only reason I did not rate five stars is due to their office staff, which needs a tuneup. They are nice enough, however, this is a busy practice and it appears that they are somewhat disorganized at times. Perhaps an experienced office manager would benefit this practice.
After a shard of glass entered my eye from a windshield impact, I didn’t realize how serious the injury was at first. Over the next two weeks, I endured constant pain and complete debilitation—I felt like I had regressed into a state of caveman survival. Dr. Lim was the eighth doctor I saw, and within minutes of examining me, she was on it. Dr. Lim is always very thorough and very friendly. I have also found that the office staff is very nice. I recommend this business.
I strongly agree with Cristina's, uTest Rajesh's and Martin Kim's review & opinions, too. Dr. is not bad but the others are not good.
My wire has been this doctor's office and had an eye exam. After i have received more than $100 payments and additional $50 payments again one month later...the reception person was very rude and never explained this payments.. 한국분들은 제발 여기 가지 마세요. 10년 전에 프런트데스크 여자가 불친절해 안가다가 혹시나해서 갔다가 이렇게되었네요.
