Terrible experience. Somerset on Elizabeth - there is no where saying it is Somerset. It is Urban Apartments managed by some other apartment company. Air con wasn't working and after a 38 degree day the room was stinking hot, couldn't sleep all night. NO Gym like they advertise. And NO Refund after 3 months. Reception is not in the same building. Just a mess

徒歩１分程離れた場所に受付があり、英語が殆ど分からない私たちにも熱心に翻訳アプリを通して会話してくださいました。 エアコン、洗濯機、食洗機、Wi-Fi等説明書通りに使えば通常通り使えます。 繁華街にアクセスしやすい分、夜の騒音もあるので、耳栓の持参をおすすめします。 日本人の方は室内用スリッパと歯ブラシセット、柔軟剤、ゴミを入れる袋、調味料を持参すると快適かと思います。 冷凍庫、電子レンジ、オーブン、ポット、洗剤等あります。 置いてある飲み物や砂糖、お菓子は無料だそうです。 スタッフさんが兎に角優しく、室内も快適で最高の滞在でした。

절대 이 호텔을 예약하지 마세요. 아래 다른 분들의 리뷰들도 참고하세요. 예약 바우처에 '프런트 데스크에서 체크인을 도와준다'라고 되어 있으나 안내 된 주소로 찾아가면 어떤 호텔 간판도 없고 안내 데스크도 직원도 없습니다. 체크인을 하지 못해 급하게 다른 호텔을 예약해 숙박했고, 현재 Tripbtoz를 통해 환불 요청 중에 있으나 호텔측에서 거부하고 있어 Tripbtoz에 계속 요청하고 있습니다. 호텔 담당자 이메일 주소도 Somerset이 아닌걸로 보아 주의가 필요하다고 생각합니다. There is no signage for this hotel. The number on the booking goes to a call center in Singapore that say they don’t own the property anymore. When I contacted my booking agent to get a refund, they claimed that they checked me in with keys, which is totally untrue. Also they claimed that there is signage at the front with details of how to check in but this is also untrue.
