In the past, I have only gotten pedicures and they are excellent with pedicures however recently I got dip and gel and was not satisfied. During the service the lady was hurting my cuticles with the drill and I told her this. The next day I was in pain from that and even a week later one of my fingers is still sore from it, cuticles peeling badly and two days after the service my nails were chipping and only a week later nails are lifting and look like I’ve had them done for a month while it’s only been a week. Expensive not worth to go there Last Tuesday I did acrilic nails Thursday on of my nails came off I went back Chi fixed it for me yesterday Sunday (5 days after) my other nail came off what a bad experience the guy who he never introduce himself did it he did a very bad job I had to keep telling him do this do that I was gonna walk out with a curved nail if I didn’t tell him to fix it no I will never go back there. I can find cheaper place that they do amazing job
