I visited Somerset Medical Center for a blood test and had a great experience. The environment was clean and welcoming, the staff were friendly and helpful, and Maria in particular was very kind and professional. I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend!

Terrible - but what choice do you have. Terribly located - practically impossible to park. Not served well by public transport. Incredibly inefficient - poorly managed by staff who couldn’t give a damn and presumably are never going to require health services themselves which would explain why they have no problem “delivering” such a terrible experience. And calling them… currently on hold as “caller number one” for 30 mins and counting… and only calling them because they said they would call “in the next 30 mins” - and that... read more
The worst GP surgery. You can be on calls for 2 long hours and still be the caller number 1 in the queue. Such a crap service
