Funny how dawm sends out emails telling residents to stay out of others people's trash an yards, yet goes on others property when they are not home to move trash around.....completely blown away that she still works there after physically trying to fight me on the Somerset property. Violent community manager. Physically tried to attack wife, while my wife was in her car. This community has nothing to offer and is probably the highest rent around with a average price of 1600 month. With absolutely no amenities.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Dawn is a complete loose cannon. Me and my family moved out this past week due to the park increasing our rent with no notice. They want $1600 for a trailer in a park that has nothing to offer but a clubhouse with a leaking roof that you have to pay to even use! On Friday I had Dawn the manager walk up to me in my car and try to fight me and threaten me just because I chose to move out instead of paying that much.
