Violent community manager. Physically tried to attack wife, while my wife was in her car. This community has nothing to offer and is probably the highest rent around with a average price of 1600 month. With absolutely no amenities.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Dawn is a complete loose cannon. Me and my family moved out this past week due to the park increasing our rent with no notice. They want $1600 for a trailer in a park that has nothing to offer but a clubhouse with a leaking roof that you have to pay to even use! On Friday I had Dawn the manager walk up to me in my car and try to fight me and threaten me just because I chose to move out instead of paying that much.
