Called the had manager Laura today at Somerset Meadows. And told her about my water meter leaking. After explaining to her everything that happen to me in the last 2 days. She said she would call me right back. And after about 5 minutes she called me back. And she told me the maintenance man's on his way he's going to put a new water meter on your place. I am selling & getting out! Let someone else pay the annual increase( going from $523-$537 as of 12/1/24). When I first came 4 years ago, it was a nice, semi nice quiet place, but for services provided which are minimal at best, it's not worth the increases, I've gone from $401-$523, and now up to $537???? I don't think so, especially not in this economy, & if you want to buy my place, just know that during heavy rain, the sewer drain in the road backs up and comes up into the driveway!!!
