Love the Dr, but the office staff needs help. They pack in so many appointments, that you are no longer a name...you are a mere number and nobody cares if you show up or not. They scheduled an appointment for me BEFORE the office even opened. I saw the Dr coming into the office after my scheduled appointment. I sat in the parking lot for an extended period, nobody answering the phones......nobody ever contacted me, despite me leaving messages. Nobody cares.....
Dr. O'Campo is very attentive and is a great communicator with patients and family. He has even phoned family to answer questions after hours. He is a very dedicated doctor.
I appreciate the care given to me by my Doctor. However, I am really disappointed in the check-out office staff person. I requested the telephone number of the provider I needed to contact for care ordered as per Doctor, resulting from the appointment just had. "No Problem," yeah. The telephone number was totally incorrect! Years of experience with this office led to my having very minimal expectations of office staff. Office staff continues to lower the rating of this health care practice.
I have seen most of the Drs and they are wonderful. Dr. Ocampo and Kathy Voss go above and beyond. Their caring and and knowledgeable demeanor makes me so comfortable in their care!!
