My partner and I had a very smooth stay. Our goal was the San Diego Zoo and of course comfort. The Somerset (staff or owners) were very responsive. Our check in was at 4pm, I asked if we could check in a bit earlier because we were tired. They allowed it as soon as the cleaning crew confirmed the room was good to go. Hübsche Unterkunft in San Diego. Deborah war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns einen tollen Empfang bereitet. Sie half uns bei ein paar Fragen und war sehr freundlich. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und war sehr sauber 👍
Check in was very easy. They give you a code to enter the building and a different code for your specific room. The room itself was a bit small but was clean and had everything you would need (a fridge and microwave, sink/shower/toilet, small TV, AC and heating units). There are a couple things to note. The main entrance has two very steep sets of stairs and would be impossible for someone with a wheelchair to access. I don't know if there's another entrance. The hotel has a beautiful back yard. It’s located near a lot of great places like balboa park and coffee shops that my wife loved. I will be staying here again in the future 10/10
