Nos gustó mucho el hotel, es sencillo pero es perfecto para descansar, la ubicación es buena ya que pudimos llegar caminando (una larga caminata, pero no imposible) hacia Gaslamp. También cerca pasa camión y trolley, lo cual es conveniente. En nuestra habitación (la 20) había frigobar, cafetera, microondas, plancha y secadora. No escuchamos ruido y descansamos bien. The Room was nice, quaint, and perfect for what I needed. Dealing with them was a nightmare. Worst ran company and customer service. They didn't send me the Door Codes. So I call the number for the Property, it is disconnected. So I call Expedia, after about an hour and a Half on the Phone, they say they will call me back, they finally do and through a few more calls and texts I finally get the Room/Building Code. Let me start by saying — The guy that checked us in was super nice and if we were to return it would literally only be because of him and the backyard. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the place. Smallest room I’ve ever stayed at. Do NOT trust these photos. They are not at all like the rooms you will stay in. NO front desk service.
