Just closed on a new build by Somerset Homes in Wimberley, and my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the thoughtful design and the quality of construction. Plus, their job foreman was a pleasure to work with, a real pro with great customer service skills, and the same is true for the owner of Somerset. Highly recommend this builder!
Quality work and excellent costumer service.
I purchased my home in 2017..new construction. In 2020 my ac froze. The repair tech said the system was minimal for the size of my home (1850 sq ft). Cost: $1,100. Fast forward to 07/2023. A faulty switch..no air and 90 degrees in the house. Cost: $1,200. I have spent a total of $3,300 for the ac unit! I live here only 1/2 of the month, am a single person and I do NOT run the ac hard...I would definitely not recommend this builder.
