Quality work and excellent costumer service.
I purchased my home in 2017..new construction. In 2020 my ac froze. The repair tech said the system was minimal for the size of my home (1850 sq ft). Cost: $1,100. Fast forward to 07/2023. A faulty switch..no air and 90 degrees in the house. Cost: $1,200. I have spent a total of $3,300 for the ac unit! I live here only 1/2 of the month, am a single person and I do NOT run the ac hard...I would definitely not recommend this builder.

Good product
I would like to give a big shout out to Matt & Karl from Summerset Homes. Their customer service is over the top, not to mention their quality of workmanship. I’ve been in my Summerset home 3.5 years. My home was built in 2011. My microwave went out. I called American Home Shield to come out & diagnose issue. Appliance repair company came out (Thursday) to install part. After looking at the vent system appliance refused to touch venting system due to not wanting to mess up my custom cabinet.
