I hurt my hamstring sprinting and I've been limping along for weeks hoping it would get better on its own/with my own stretching/heating/icing. I finally made an appt to see a Ortho and I had a hamstring tear. The Dr recommended Somerset Hills PT. The whole team is great. They put me on a regimen of strength building and stretching all my leg muscle groups and after only 2 weeks with Somerset Hills PT, I feel a noticeable improvement. They are life savers! Hope to be back out running soon!
I recommend them highly..they work very hard and r very dedicated to their patients..this is my 3rd session w them over the past 8 yrs and I have always been completely satisfied!
