Genuinely the worst city parking experience I’ve ever had. Attendant was rude coming in and then missing (and rude) when we needed to get out. They don’t use a ticket machine so you have to wait for the worker who was not there and when he showed up my elder mother made a joke about him taking a nap and he called her disrespectful, meanwhile he didn’t apologize for leaving us stranded or why he was missing. Didn’t get his name but take some accountability next time. DON’T PARK HERE IF VISITING BOSTON!!!

Worst experience ever don’t give these people your hard earned money… 9 am no attendant stuck in garage waited 7 minutes for someone to finally show up and let us out zero automation go by Prudential same price beautiful

Absolute scam of a garage, I wish I could give 0 stars. The parking attendant was so rude, my receipt says his name is Tim Willey. Another reviewer posted his picture. I had to guess how long I would be there, so I said 2 hours and got charged $22. My receipt says 1:04 PM. I was leaving the garage at 3:10 and “Tim” told me I owed him another $8. I asked why? Price was higher than the shown parking price. No where to tell how long you’ve parked since no ticketing system.
