Always top notch. Never been disappointed
I've ordered flowers over the phone and had them delivered a few times now and every time the flowers look great, are delivered on time, and I think the pricing is good as well! (The bouquet pictured was $40)
The flowers i ordered for a viewing today were awful . They looked like a half size version of the picture they showed on the website and the lilies were completely closed tight and those flowers were the focal point of the bouquet. So disappointing I did give 1 star for their politeness on the phone.
My husband ordered me flowers to my work be delivered on the Thursday before valentines as I do not work Fridays. Flowers never came and after calling with no answer 50 times he was told he must’ve made a mistake and put in the wrong date when ordering online even though it was ordered on their site and he has a copy of the receipt with the instructions for delivery and a delivery date of 2/13. The woman he spoke with was rude and condescending and basically called him a liar. We won’t be using the services again! Terrible c... read more
