Somerset Fitness and Wellness is so much more than a gym. It is a program that is trainer based with small classes so there is always a trainer pushing you to do more than you thought you could ever do. I am stronger at 55 than I was at 30. In addition, the trainers adapt for injury and other needs and teach how to train without injury. If that is not enough, the people are great and always helpful. It is also a judgment free zone, everyone works at their level and everyone encourages all to do better each and every day.
