Mohamad H, better known as Mike (the owner) lied to me on more than one occasion for his own personal reasons, in an attempt to delay filling my prescription despite it being due for a fill. I should have known this would end up happening to me as from the first day I stepped foot in this door I was never properly greeted by him or his staff, and everytime I would see Mike he just looked angry. I would advise to stay away.
Edit 08/0702026 The new guy is awful. The older Caucasian man makes people wait for no reason and won’t even greet you. He’s rude and is not a good representative for customer service. Get ready to wait 45 min in the line while he talks with someone about the weather while there’s 4 people in the drive and 3 inside. We are switching pharmacies as this has been an ongoing issue with him.
Always friendly, always let me know when I need refills, fast delivery. This pharmacy goes above and beyond! UPDATE AS OF JULY 2026; oh how I miss this pharmacy in Clinton Township. The pharmacist and staff are the absolute BEST! I have unfortunately moved to KY and there is no pharmacy anywhere near as good and I miss Mike and his staff so very much. If you want a friendly personal professional experience with people who care Somerset is the BEST!
This is the best pharmacy! Amazing staff so kind and professional, I call to get a presciption and it is already for pick up..We will never go back to a big chain...Thank you
