If I could give zero stars I would. The people at Somerset are very friendly, but they continuously ordered the wrong windows (wrong sizes) - not just once but multiple times. They also lost a window. The screens did not match our windows. And some of the screens were warped. They dragged out our windows replacement project by at least a year. Be aware!
Ordered French Doors with stainless steel hinges. They installed brass hinges and gave us the stainless hinges in separate boxes. Our contractor had to reroute the hinge pockets at additional cost for the stainless, as they were thicker and the mount holes were different.
Amazing customer service and quality work! If you need new doors or windows and live in Santa Cruz this is your place. Quick turnaround too. I’ve bought multiple doors and had custom door frames made as well. Couldn’t be happier with their service. Highly recommend!!
