My mini goldendoodle had a grooming appointment on Monday June 2nd at the Bloomfield location. His hair was a little longer than normal due to the COVID-19 pandemic but NOT matted and could be brushed through easily. It should not have required a shave, and could have been done with scissor shears if they wanted to spend the time. Even if they did need to shave certain areas, it shouldn’t have broken the skin. JULIE. The most caring and gentle groomer I know. I’d never take my dog to anyone but Julie. Somerset is lucky to have her. She asks what cut but is so gentle and loving with the dogs.
