I'm one of the people who have the misfortune of having my property back up to this place. I can attest that the reviews complaining about trash and a vicious dog are true. I have personally called multiple times and my calls have NEVER been returned just like the other people said. Although, I am very thankful that they FINALLY removed over a month's worth of trash (after several people reported them to the health dept). There is a warning from the health dept on one building due the large amount of trash on their back porch for over a month and management does nothing about it or about the other concerning issues. Now it stinks when it's hot out. They also have bad ratings with the BBB. Perhaps they should be reported to a news channel. Herron Property Mgmt is who runs the place. They've never returned any of our calls or addressed anything that we've ever reported. The front entrance has also been a mess for at least year. I've reported it... read more
