The front entrance area looks trashy. That sign is old and dirty and there's been several for rent signs laying in a pile on the ground and a crooked one standing up in the flower box for about six months now. Don't even get me started on the copious amounts of dog poop being left in the neighborhood behind them.
I lived there 3 years. They never changed my air filter. Maintenance rarely answered service calls.
The location of the apartments are perfect. Adjacent to the new Mexican restaurant and seconds from Jay d's. Never been inside just deliver their mail.
Really enjoyed these apartments. Great management and loved the location. Highly recommended!
