Called to have a master plumber at 300/hr to look over my whole heating system and to fix a leak that I self diagnosed to be a valve. What I ended up getting someone else to change a valve and leave with heat not working. I ran to the store to get the right part since the tech had wrong part. I called to get him to come back but was told to change the thermostat myself . Leonard and his team did an excellent job! We needed our entire house re-piped with modern plumbing, and the crew showed up on time and finished everything within a few hours. We also needed our water heater upgraded, and Dale went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Zachary from the plumbing team was able to come out the very next day to fix a leaking copper kitchen drain elbow in my home. I usually handle small repairs myself, like uninstalling my dishwasher, but this leak was hidden inside the wall behind the kitchen sink and was soaking the plywood and dripping down to the floor below.
