Initially every time I call the front desk receptionist are wonderful, my only issue is my last conversation with a medical transport clerk. Please learn how to talk to people & don’t tell me what “I’ve been told several times” when I wasn’t told your new policy not once. New policy went into effect a month ago, I haven’t used transport in a month. I’ll own up to my mistakes but get a grip & have better customer service.
