When a company sets an appointment without my knowledge it really strikes me very negatively. After I cancelled all they keep doing is calling, calling, calling. This really bugs the heck out of me!
I recently had my roof done, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely hardworking from start to finish. They paid great attention to detail and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. They even came back out to recheck for any concerns we may have had! We had a very bad storm & SOMERSET ROOFING worked directly with my insurance company in getting me a new roof, solar taken off & put back on, siding and gutters replaced on my home. The customer service was exceptional. They were there everytime I reached out to them by phone text or email, during work hours, after work hours and on the weekends.
