First off i want to start off by saying this is by far one of the best beauty supply stores in somerset.Nice owners and workers,The workers are always friendly and greet everybody that comes thru the door.Amazing products
I love the customer service, really neat and helpful. Definitely recommend will come again.
One star. Avoid Somerset Beauty Supply due to unclear return policies and overpriced items, disproportionately affecting minority customers with prices that are triple. I went with a mental illness client who clearly didn't see hidden sign and the owner immediately was bias towards my ethnicity and was very arrogant. They kept the 18.91 pack synthetic crochet braid. NOT recommended. READ THE OTHER REVIEW ABOUT BEING DISCRIMINATION ...SUPPORT BUSINESS THAT SUPPORT U AS A MINORITY
