I have been living in this apartment since January 2025. The management took a deposit after I signed the contract, claiming that I would not receive a deposit. They took it knowing that I did not speak English. The service is very poor and of poor quality. You have to wait for days for minor repairs. I do not recommend renting this apartment. It is not worth the money you pay for the rent.

THE ADMARTMEMT IS NICE AMD MISS BRIANNA WAS VERY KIND AND NICE AND THE ADMAERTMENT WAS HUGE THERE WAS A LOT OF SPACE AND I LOVE THIS PLACE

This place is a good spot for you if you want a place in the heart of Deerfield. The rent is slightly lower than surrounding nearby apartments and they have always addressed my maintenance issues. The electricity is slightly higher than surrounding nearby places because they use Nationwide Energy instead of Duke - but the convenience of the location combined with available amenities makes up for this discrepancy.
