Awful experience under new management. Only move to somerset if you hate your money and want to burn it away. Terrible management that will nickel and dime you every step of the way. Horrible lease contracts that are meant to trap you in. The management will pressure and force you to sign new lease when current is about to expire. Forget about your deposit, that's never coming back no matter how clean you leave the place. Go somewhere else...for the price this is a bad deal despite the great area. Worst management ever! TIFFANY, who false promised about the apartment, showed a decent looking apartment but handed over a worst cheap not even cleaned apartment. They only take care until you sign the papers and doesnt after. Paying $2k + for this shitty apartment is the worst of all! The management doesnt take the maintenance calls seriously at all! If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this leasing office was extremely disappointing and misleading. I was initially told I was approved for an apartment, and based on that information, I paid the required fees. After paying, I was suddenly told I needed a cosigner something that was never disclosed beforehand. Communication was inconsistent, and policies felt like they were changing without warning.
