If you’re considering moving here, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. Maintenance is a nightmare. Requests take forever to be addressed, and when they finally show up, the work is either incomplete or poorly done. The common areas, like the gym and pool, are often dirty or out of service, yet they still charge high fees for amenities that barely function.
I want talk about the beginning of the process at this place. I toured at least 5-6 apartment complexes and all of them told me that application fee is 50$ and administrative fee is 200$. At this place all of the prices are doubled. Application fee is 100$ for per person and administrative fee is 400$. They don’t even know how to talk with customers. They are very rude and unprofessional management.
