That woman Tracy who works in the office. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She doesn't know how to speak to people with empathy or help you to understand the issue at hand; why you called. Very rude. Very short answers. How did she get the job she has? You work for an ambulance service.. You would think she would have a PIECE of a heart.
