Thanks for the very friendly and helpful hosting. We get every information we need and had a good time while visiting.
I called yesterday to management office and left a message. My son and husband found a cockroach in the apartment in the day they received the apartment. Other than that everything else was ok.
Kevin was the gentleman that serviced our maintenance request! He was so kind and professional and even gave great good recommendations since we are new to the area! Kevin seems to be a great asset to The Pines and Im thankful for his hard work!
This company hires the worst managers available. They constantly abuse my leasing office staff and recently tried to illegally evict on of the staff members after wrongfully terminating their employment. Quality hill apartments in Missouri btw. The company refuses to put money into the buildings and would rather blame their staff for their own failings. I'm appalled that I ever lived here. Hope to God the tenant union starts working on this place. They're completely corrupt and need to be help liable for their actions.
