Not reliable - I have an endoscopy scheduled in this institute by my gastroenterologist. Last 1+ week I am trying to connect them to discuss the insurance and cost details, tried multiple extensions, leaved multiple messages, but never attended the call or get a call back. if the pre-service is like this, tomorrow after the procedure, if I have a concern, I can assume how the response will be.
