Unless you like doing work for a company with promise of payment and that promise is broken then it is a no brainer. One Star.
Many promised services were never provided and this company has stolen money and materials. Workmanship has been horrible and much has not been up to code. Communication was poor after the first few weeks. Aside from the first week, I had to ask (often multiple times) for the weekly project narrative updates promised (and many of these reported completion dates for project components that were never met).
